Additional Information

At Blossom Enrichment Center, our mission is to provide enriching educational experiences that inspire children to reach their full potential. We offer a variety of specialized programs designed to complement and enhance the learning children receive in their regular school environments. Through creative and interactive classes, we aim to foster intellectual curiosity, encourage skill development, and promote a love of lifelong learning.

Our programs are designed with flexibility in mind, allowing families to tailor their children's learning experience based on their individual interests and needs. We provide a well-rounded selection of classes that engage children’s minds and spark their creativity.

Charter Partnerships

We partner with Sage Oak, Granite Mountain, Sky Mountain, Gorman, Blue Ridge, Taylion and Cabrillo Point. We also accept out-of-pocket payments. Classes are held in Wrightwood, CA. We currently do not offer special needs classes. All classes are non-sectarian. We provide high-quality education and support for our local homeschool community through a specialized educational program. We offer an independent study model for grades TK-8. We are not a child care facility.

Educational Focus

At the heart of our program is a commitment to academic excellence and personal growth. We offer a wide range of enrichment classes that are carefully designed to supplement school learning and help children thrive academically. Our programs focus on critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration—skills that are essential for success in today’s world. Students are given the opportunity to explore subjects in greater depth, develop new skills, and engage with learning in a fun, hands-on environment.

Program Structure

Our a la carte program allows families to select the classes that best fit their child’s interests and schedule. With options for one or two enrichment or craft classes and one physical fitness class per week, children can engage in activities that spark their passions and enhance their academic journey. Each class lasts 1 to 2.5 hours, with a variety of times and days available to ensure flexibility for busy families. This structure ensures that our programs focus on short-term, engaging activities that support educational development without the need for extended care or supervision.

Age Range & Participant Focus

Blossom Enrichment Center proudly serves children from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) to 12th grade. Our classes are designed to meet the needs of school-aged children, with an emphasis on educational enrichment and skill-building. We aim to provide a supportive, engaging environment where every child can discover their strengths, explore new interests, and develop important life skills.

We also offer Mommy-and-Me (ages 6 mo - 3 yrs) and Sprouts, a preschool prep class (ages 3 - 5 years). These classes require parent involvement.

Adult classes, groups, and workshops are intermittently offered on evenings and weekends.

Holistic Learning Environment

Our center is designed to foster a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn at their own pace. we ensure that every child’s time with us is rich with meaningful educational experiences. From engaging classroom activities to hands-on projects, our students are encouraged to explore, create, and think critically in ways that support both their academic and personal development.

A Focus on Enrichment

Blossom Enrichment Center is dedicated to providing educational enrichment and academic support. We do not operate as a childcare center and do not provide extended care services or general childcare. We do not provide basic care services like meals, naps, or diapering, Our programs are structured to offer children a rewarding and focused learning experience without the extended hours typical of daycare programs. Families can choose classes based on their child's interests and schedule, ensuring that their time at Blossom Enrichment Center is both enriching and valuable.

Flat Monthly Tuition Structure

Blossom Enrichment Center operates on a flat monthly tuition rate from September through May. Tuition remains the same each month regardless of the number of class meetings. Some months include five weeks of classes, while others include planned breaks such as Fall Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break. Rather than adjusting tuition month to month, we keep pricing simple and consistent. This structure allows for easier budgeting for families, provides reliable income for our teachers, and supports a steady, well-planned classroom experience.

Student Absences and Make-Ups

We understand that from time to time, families may need to miss class due to illness, travel, appointments, or family commitments. We do our best to balance flexibility for families with the consistency and structure that help our classes run smoothly.

As Blossom Enrichment Center continues to grow and many classes now operate at or near capacity, it has become more challenging to offer frequent or individual make-ups during the academic year. To support families while maintaining thoughtful planning for our teachers and students, each enrolled student may use up to two make-up opportunities per academic year for absences not caused by Blossom Enrichment Center.

Make-ups will not be scheduled individually. Instead, Blossom Enrichment Center will offer designated make-up days, typically scheduled at the beginning of summer. These make-up days will provide meaningful enrichment experiences, though they may not replicate the exact content of a missed class.

Advance registration will be required, availability may be limited, and make-ups are offered as space allows. Unused make-ups do not carry over to future academic years, and additional absences beyond the allotted make-ups are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

This approach allows us to thoughtfully support families when absences occur, while also honoring our teachers’ time and preserving the quality and flow of our programs.

Center-Initiated Cancellations

If Blossom Enrichment Center must cancel a class due to circumstances such as teacher illness, emergency staffing issues, snow days, inclement weather, or facility issues, a make-up opportunity will be provided.

Make-ups for Blossom-canceled classes will take place during a dedicated Make-Up Week at the beginning of summer. We are currently organizing this schedule and will share full details once finalized.

Our Commitment

Our goal is to create a supportive, engaging, and high-quality experience for every student. This updated policy allows us to keep classes running smoothly, maintain safe ratios, and ensure that all enrolled students receive the best possible learning environment.

Thank you for your flexibility, understanding, and continued support as Blossom grows.
